INTERNET, flip side!

Hi guys this is my first blog, Gotta admit that blogs are really a good place to be in when u feel like getting something out, thats been taking a lot of space in ur head, or fillin it up with knowledgeable stuff that some gr8 minds have to give. I have explored the net for the past decade or so, its been an incredible experience. Evry now and then, somethin new pops up, and u just gotta flow along with it. I remember the craze of Yahoo messenger. I use to spend hrs chatin with anonymous people, knowing them, voice chat, c2c, t'was fun. just find an id with a girls name and keep messaging them. I have frens who were so crazy in makin frens..they use to spend hrs and hrs and finally mite get hold of a gal who might be in Philipines thinking this guy mite be an american, and call them to hear that thick Indian accent and finally abusing them for wasting their precious time and money,but there are guys who really worked hard on girls and have fallen in love over the internet. Well as they say "there are always two sides of a coin" the thing that matters is which side did u call?

That was about the Yahoo messenger stuff, then came along social networking sites..Most of the net users in the world might be a part of this social networking sites..U got ORKUT, FACEBOOK etc...etc..Its an amazing place to be in. I have found guys i have studied with  10 to 15 yrs back and never really had any contacts..I bet many of u must have found a long lost love, an ex-gal fren, ur worst enemy in school, that hot girl/guy of ur class that u never had the guts to talk to, a teacher u always admired, ur first crush, ur obnoxious co-worker. But you never thought for a second before adding those people 2 ur list cos that just increases the count in ur fren list. Its amzing place to be in. The flip side of it  "Though the worlds a smaller place now, people are getting farther".. I like the internet, but its grown to be a wall between me and my loved ones, Once I made it a point to meet my fren in person, now I just scrap him, we harldy even meet.

Now am blogging , though it has been around for a while..never been able really catch up with this craze...superstars, sportsstars, normal people have started bloggin, why not me i thought... well i guess the first blog can be a problem to write cos the words seem to get stuck in ur mind, well i guess i ll improve with time...!
